Line Boring of Engine Blocks, Bed Plates, compressor and gear box blocks etc are undertaken by us. We are capable to machine two or more bores in line, up to the length of 8 meters with an accuracy level of 0.02mm. Hydraulic /pneumatic Line Boring equipments imported from CLIMAX, USA are used for the repairing.
To check the alignment of Bores, an Easy Laser alignment checking equipment, imported from Sweden, is used. With this equipment, alignment of housing bores along “X” & “Y” axis with an accuracy of 0.01 mm can be checked for a Job length up to 40 Mtrs.
