Our two Crank shaft grinding plants are located at a distance of 26 and 38 kms from the centre of the capital city, Delhi. The grinding machines have been imported from M/s. Vereco spa, Italy. It is designed with inbuilt controls for vibration free operation & micro balance setting that can grind Crankshafts up to 7.5 mtrs. in length and weighing up to 8000 Kgs.
The entire equipments are tropicalised to ensure trouble-free in adverse ambient temperatures. The grinding wheels are imported from Saint Gobain S.A. (Earlier known as Norton), France/ USA , who are world leaders in abrasive technology.
The accuracies of these Grinding machines are as per DN standards.
Trueness is maintained within 0.01 mm.
Concentricity is maintained within 0.02 mm.
Cylindercity is maintained within 0.02 mm.
Circularity is maintained within 0.02 mm.
Parallelism is maintained within 0.02 mm
Run Out of complete Crankshaft after grinding is maintained within 0.02 mm.
The surface finish is achievable within RA 0.2 to 0.3 µm.
