History

Rai Prexim (India) Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 1993 as a joint Venture between Rai & Sons Pvt. Ltd and Prexim Diesel spol s.r.o of Czech Republic. Prexim Diesel spol s.r.o. has a 40% equity investment and has provided technology to the company.
